Brushed Aluminium
Brushing gives aluminum a distinctive look, as it retains some but not all of its metallic lustre and is given a pattern of very fine lines parallel to the brushing direction. For this reason, it is commonly used for decorative items. After pre-surface treatment, when brushed aluminum cois coated by translucent lacquer or any other solid colors, it will have beautiful performance that can fulfill much application requests.

Advantages
**Distinctive Linear Texture**: The brushed finish features a series of fine, parallel lines etched into the aluminum surface. This creates a smooth, matte texture that enhances the visual appeal of the metal, giving it a refined and contemporary look that diffuses light and reduces reflections.
**Durability and Scratch Resistance**: The brushing process not only enhances the appearance of the aluminum but also increases its durability. The textured surface is less likely to show minor scratches or fingerprints, making it ideal for high-traffic areas and surfaces that are frequently touched.
Application
**Architectural Elements**: Aluminum with a brushed finish is commonly used in architectural elements such as cladding, facades, and window frames. Its clean lines and subtle texture enhance the overall design, providing a modern, polished look that is both durable and visually appealing.
**Interior Design**: In interior spaces, the brushed finish is popular for kitchen appliances, cabinet hardware, countertops, and backsplashes. It adds a sleek, contemporary touch to kitchens, bathrooms, and other areas where a modern aesthetic is desired.
**Electronics and Appliances**: The brushed finish is frequently used in consumer electronics, such as laptops, smartphones, and audio equipment, as well as household appliances like refrigerators, ovens, and dishwashers. It gives these products a premium, high-end appearance.
**Furniture and Fixtures**: The finish can be applied to furniture and fixtures, including tables, chairs, and lighting fixtures, to create stylish, durable pieces that complement modern interiors. Its scratch-resistant properties make it ideal for items that experience regular use.
**Automotive and Aerospace**: In the automotive and aerospace industries, aluminum with a brushed finish is used for trim, dashboards, and exterior accents. It provides a high-tech, polished look that enhances the overall design of vehicles and aircraft.
