Decorative Functional Foils
We can also offer you all products with one or two-sided primers as an adhesive base for composites with other materials (e.g. for HPL/CPL lamination or to produce aluminium/plastic hybrid components) or for subsequent printing. Aluminium foil with glue can be pre-applied with primer for HPL/CPL on both sides on request,Available in coils and sheets, ultramatt surface finish with anti-fingerprint effect, maximum width 1350 mm, available in sheets and reels.

Application
**High Pressure Laminate(HPL)**:For the production of HPL laminates and compact boards on stationary multi-daylight presses, phenolic/melamine impregnated papers are used as core layers or decor. we supplies foils for this application with an adhesion promoter (primer) modified to the conventional process parameters. Decorative foils are provided with this adhesion promoter on the rear side. All foils can be supplied in sheets and roll.
**Continuous Pressure Laminate(CPL)**:In contrast to the stationary HPL process, laminate production with CPL is implemented in a continuous process. We supplies its foils on one or both sides with an adhesion promoter modified to the conventional process parameters.
**Short Cycle/Low Pressure Laminate(LPL)**:The pressing of decorative foils and overlays in the low-pressure process on high-quality wood materials such as MDF, MDP or particle board is also possible, the adhesion applied to the rear side of the foils.
