At Canfield Metal Coating, we are experts in custom work that few coil coaters can offer. We specialize in light gauges, narrow widths, and new or unusual coatings.

Although our principal markets are the appliance, automotive, construction, container, and door industries, we constantly seek new segments to serve.

We offer a comprehensive range of electro-galvanized treatments, tailored to the needs of each application. We partner with GE Betz and Chemetall Oakite, global providers of coating treatments. Because of our flexibility, we are considered a research and development site by our suppliers.

We coat both hot dip galvanized and electro-galvanized steel. Our range of coatings includes:

The presence of our galvanizing line, paint line, and oscillate wound slitter under the same roof allows fast turn-around time on coils undergoing more than one process.

We offer trial productions runs to allow objective evaluation. Our specialty coatings include several that are RoHS-compliant. RoHS goes into effect for products put on the market July 1, 2006 or later.
Customer Comments	In some markets, purchasing steel itself presents problems. Our solid relationships with producing mills allow us to purchase steel for our customers under all market conditions.
